It sells older model used vehicles; and offers financing solutions to customers who purchase vehicles at its dealerships. The company was formerly known as Crown Group, Inc. and changed its name to America's Car-Mart, Inc. in April 2002. America's Car-Mart, Inc. was founded in 1981 and is headquartered in Rogers, Arkansas.
