Stock price alerts that tell you when it matters
Set a target on any stock and AlfaFinances notifies you when the price crosses it, so you don't have to keep checking. Price alerts are available on the free plan.

Alert types
- Price above / below: notify me when a stock rises above or falls below a price I choose.

- 52-week high or low (Pro): notify me when a stock reaches a new 52-week high or low.
- Portfolio Alert: notify me when my overall portfolio growth reaches a level I set.

How you're notified
Alerts can be delivered by email and by Telegram once you have linked your account. You can also turn on browser notifications so an alert shows up even when AlfaFinances isn't open. Browser notifications are a separate, optional channel that works alongside email or Telegram, and your browser asks for your permission first.
Setting one up
- Find a stock in the dashboard and tap the bell.
- Choose the alert type and your target.
- Pick how you want to be notified, and save.
Good to know
- Alerts are checked against delayed public price data, so a notification can arrive a few minutes after a price is crossed.
- An alert is information, not a recommendation to trade.
Frequently asked questions
Are stock price alerts free?
Yes. The free plan includes up to 3 active price alerts (above or below a price). Plus raises that to 15 and adds percentage-move alerts, and Pro is unlimited and adds 52-week high and low alerts.
How will I be notified?
By email, by Telegram once linked, and optionally by browser notifications. Browser notifications work alongside the others and need your permission.
How fast are the alerts?
Alerts use delayed public market data, so there can be a delay of a few minutes. They are not suitable for split-second trading.
Can I set an alert for a whole portfolio?
Yes. The Portfolio Alert notifies you when your overall portfolio growth reaches a level you set.
Does an alert mean I should buy or sell?
No. An alert only tells you a price condition was met. Any decision is yours, and nothing on AlfaFinances is investment advice.
